Principal Purposes of the position:

Fully responsible of taking care of water production fluency with quality of according to specified standard.
Fully responsible of distributing water so that appropriate with requirement / production goals.
Taking care of level of optimal efficiency/ thrift/ effectiveness.
Taking care of all working equipments to be always ready to be used as according to working safety standard which have been determined.
Taking care of clean and healthy environment activity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking care of service water production fluency and water process according to requirement especially production.
Guarantying distribution of water to all part of requiring by efficient and effective.
Controlling and analyzing the quality of water in every unit production periodical and immediately bring an action which is needed if happened deviation and immediately report the deviation things to direct superior that is Shift Engineer or Engineering Manager.
Making report written about parameters operation for periodical and immediately bring an action, which is needed if, happened deviation.
Participating in troubleshooting deviation of screening operation of water and involve directly in process of its treatment.
Participating in improving efficiency usage of chemicals and optimal work effectiveness.
Always having good co-ordination with parts of other related (Production and Engineering) if happened deviation in operation of water installation.
To manage and monitoring housekeeping in their each area periodically.
To starts machine and carefully observes initial operation. If satisfactory, upgrades machine speed to full cycle.
To stop the machine if abnormalities occur during operation, and directly report to supervisor.
To stop the machine as per production schedule.
