PLANT OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR
(For Tissue Paper Manufacturing)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree, any field from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years successful experience as Mill Director or plant General Manager preferably at paper manufacturer or multinational company
- Proven experience in coordinating team, contribution to the achievement of Mill objective and budget
- Excellent management skills with proven leadership skills and ability to motivate & develop team
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic with excellent analytical skills
- High energy and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Speaking English, Mandarin is advantage
- Good knowledge in production management, human resources management, Maintenance, quality control and insight industries.
- Solid problem solving, organizational, analytical, strategic planning, and interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Accountable to manage all operations activities in the mill /plant effectively.
Including production, quality, maintenance, safety, logistics and cost control to achieve maximum mill efficiency - Keep maintain continuous improvements, develop strategy and executive planning to achieve the goals
- To manage all aspect of operations in the Mill, coaching, facilitate and problem solver to the team
- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team, develop strategy and executive planning to achieve the goals
- Develop a leadership team with succession plan, determines what resources are required to successfully execute the plan
- Create and communicate a culture that involves all team in plant to maintain customer requirements to be fulfilled, inclusive developing new products, actively communicate with commercial team
- Communicate effectively with all stake holder
- Ensures standards for product quality, equipment and team performance are maintained in cost-effective to maximize production efficiency.
