  • Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or in Purchasing/Inventory/Materials Control;
  • A minimum of 10 years working experience in Procurement Management within the Inspection Services;
  • Good command of the English language, both in written and oral forms;
  • Excellent negotiations skill, ability to negotiate at the highest Management levels of the levels of the suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the full range of procurement categories within the Inspection services;
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience with the full spectrum of imports, exports and corresponding regulations and documentation;
  • Competent in bidding and negotiations, budgeting, and billing processing;
  • Have a good knowledge and experience with SAP systems
