Customer Service Executive
, you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company client. This isn't your typical call center role—you'll be responsible for recruiting mystery shoppers, collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), and ensuring smooth operations via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Assist in assigning new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to some projects

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in day or night shift
  • Domiciled in Yogyakarta
