What you'll do:
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Issue transaction details to clients
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
- Review documents and work closely with related departments
- Assist with the refund claim process
- Support sales department with other administrative tasks and project-based activities

What you'll need:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales support (start-up /logistic/ e-commerce industry is a plus)
- Good understanding of sales process
