- Responsible for recruitment of candidates that supervised by Development (Leadership Development Program Trainee, Training Centre and other positions required in the company
- Responsible to maintain development program achieve the objectives
- Responsible to conduct assessment required according the procedure together with Development team
- Responsible to maintain training program and ensure it updated periodically (including the database, mapping, trainer and all aspects required during the program)
- Review and arrange role and responsibilities of employees according their job position regarding the improving business enhancement
- Responsible to submit periodical report
- Obliged to execute the instruction and assignments accurately in order to achieve company's goal
