Responsibilities
- Supervise and control PPIC activities within the Warehouse Department.
- Develop and monitor production planning schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) in coordination with the Purchasing team to secure material readiness.
- Issue and control job orders, monitor their execution on the shop floor, and ensure alignment with the production plan.
- Lead coordination between Warehouse, Production, QC, and Engineering to support smooth material and production flow.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods, ensuring optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Participate in Production Daily Operation (PDO) meetings and follow up on material requirements and production schedules.
- Oversee capacity planning, analyze production bottlenecks, and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date SAP data related to stock levels, production orders, BOM, and routing.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and planning results for Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in PPIC, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory role, preferably in Valve Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong understanding of valve manufacturing processes, inventory management, and shop floor operations.
- Proficiency in SAP system and MRP planning tools.
- Solid knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM), routing, and job order structures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and preferably API standards.
