Requirements


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the food & beverage or retail sector.


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate staff.


• Proven ability to manage shifts, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Solid understanding of store operations, sales analysis, cost control, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Staff & Operations Management


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fast food outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.


• Create work schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours.

Customer Service Excellence


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.


• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally and effectively.

Sales & Profitability


• Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.


• Analyze store performance data and develop action plans for improvement.

Compliance & Reporting


• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.


• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
