Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for a nationwide network of thousands of sales agents, supervisors, and regional managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition and revenue targets in a highly competitive and regulated market.
  • Build and sustain a performance-driven culture, ensuring productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement across the field force.
  • Partner with senior management to align sales strategies with broader business goals, including customer experience, digital adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across all sales activities.
  • Oversee talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building for the sales organisation.
  • Drive innovation in sales processes, leveraging technology, data, and analytic to optimise channel effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years at Director level or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in financial services, fintech, or other high-volume consumer industries with complex distribution models.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large field sales operations, ideally managing thousands of agents across multiple regions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver growth under demanding and competitive market conditions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding business environment.
