Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client needs.
- Create clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand 2D and 3D presentation drawings.
- Produce working drawings (AutoCAD).
- Build 3D models (SketchUp & 3Ds Max) and renderings (Enscape, D5).
- Coordinate with vendors, site supervisors, and production teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise the implementation of design projects.
- Work efficiently, with attention to detail, and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn, loyalty to the company, and strong teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Blender, SketchUp, and rendering software (Enscape, D5).
- Creative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Polite, honest, and adaptable in a team environment.
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta area.
- Willing to work beyond regular hours (overtime) when required only.
