Overview

As a Business Analyst, you'll help drive key changes by analyzing data and coming up with creative solutions. You'll work with different teams to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Your main tasks include reviewing business data, identifying important trends, and offering insights to improve how things work. You’ll also collaborate with Managers and cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and keep project documentation organized.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze data models and derive logical conclusions.
• Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
• Manage budget and forecasting to ensure costs do not exceed limits.
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics.
• Liaise between various business QGP Partnership Managers & PIC.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, operations, incentive calculations, weekly reports, and create presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with Partnership managers and cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2‑3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy development, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with knowledge of business processes.
• Excellent ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly in presentations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and learning capability.
