Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all rental operational activities (rental applications, document verification, contract approval, unit handover, and asset return).
  • Ensure smooth administration of rental contracts, payments, and reporting in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and customer service quality.
  • Manage and supervise the rental asset portfolio, including maintenance schedules, utilization, and risk control for damage/misuse.
  • Monitor operational performance (SLA, turnaround time, operational costs) and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and supervision to the operations team to ensure productivity, discipline, and consistency in meeting targets.
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization/automation of rental processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in rental operations/asset management; significant added value if experienced in the leasing/financing industry.
  • Strong understanding of rental business flow (from contracts and billing to asset management) and basic principles of risk management.
  • Proven experience in leading operational teams, managing SOPs, and improving business processes.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
