Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all rental operational activities (rental applications, document verification, contract approval, unit handover, and asset return).
- Ensure smooth administration of rental contracts, payments, and reporting in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and customer service quality.
- Manage and supervise the rental asset portfolio, including maintenance schedules, utilization, and risk control for damage/misuse.
- Monitor operational performance (SLA, turnaround time, operational costs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Provide direction, coaching, and supervision to the operations team to ensure productivity, discipline, and consistency in meeting targets.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization/automation of rental processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in rental operations/asset management; significant added value if experienced in the leasing/financing industry.
- Strong understanding of rental business flow (from contracts and billing to asset management) and basic principles of risk management.
- Proven experience in leading operational teams, managing SOPs, and improving business processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
