Microsoft Enterprise Partner Sales (EPS) is the commercial organization accountable for driving Microsoft's growth and success for Enterprise customers through our partner ecosystem. We define and execute our global partner ecosystem strategy, focused on the end-to-end partner lifecycle, such that together we can deliver our customers digital transformation goals.
As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect – Security, we are looking for someone who brings strong work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and a genuine passion for driving growth and transformation across our partner ecosystem. You will leverage your challenger mindset, cybersecurity expertise, market insights, understanding of the competitive landscape, and excellent interpersonal skills to strengthen and scale a world-class network of partners delivering market-defining security solutions.
In this role, you will drive technical enablement, solution innovation, and capability development with strategic partners across ASEAN + Korea. You will accelerate their ability to build robust Microsoft Security practices and deliver high-impact solutions aligned to Microsoft's security portfolio including Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, and emerging AI-driven security solutions ultimately increasing co-sell success and customer value across the region.
Responsibilities
- Partner Enablement & Skilling
- Lead workshops, bootcamps, and technical enablement to build partner proficiency in Microsoft Security solutions.
- Develop structured skilling plans aligned to Microsoft Learn and certification requirements (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, AZ-500).
- Technical Engagement
- Drive deep technical engagements such as Proof of Concepts, Architecture Design Sessions, and Hackathons.
- Validate partner solution architectures and unblock technical challenges to accelerate deployment.
- Practice Development
- Guide partners in building Security solution offerings and achieving Microsoft Security competency and advanced specialization.
- Support partners in creating differentiated solutions for key industries (FSI, Public Sector).
- Solution Innovation & AI Integration
- Collaborate with Microsoft engineering teams to share best practices and technical insights.
- Include AI and Security Co-pilot enablement in partner offerings for futureproofing.
- Evangelize partner solutions in customer implementations through technical briefings and architecture reviews.
- Co-Sell Acceleration
- Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills and support initial wins.
- Drive measurable outcomes: partner attainment of Solutions Partner designation, advanced specialization, and co-sell revenue impact.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, security architecture, or consulting.
- Proven track record of building technical relationships with CXOs and practice leads in ISVs, GSIs, and SIs.
- Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions: Microsoft Entra, Defender XDR suite, Sentinel, Purview, Defender for Cloud.
- Expertise in Cloud Security Architecture, Zero Trust implementation, and multi-cloud/hybrid security strategies.
- Advanced skills in Threat Protection, Incident Response, and SOC optimization.
- Regulatory & compliance frameworks: GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2.
- Security Co-pilot and AI-driven threat protection experience.
- Integration experience with SIEM/SOAR and third-party tools for hybrid scenarios.

- SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
- SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
- SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator
- SC-401: Administering Information Security in Microsoft 365
- AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Optional: Industry-recognized: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CCSP.
Preferred Skills
Strong executive presence and ability to engage CXOs and practice leads to shape security strategy and investment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Security with SIEM/SOAR and third-party tools.
