Our company is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Jakarta. Please submit CV and Resume in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing strategies.

  • Develop both short-term and long-term marketing and sales strategies.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on the market.
  • Plan and allocate appropriate budgets for marketing and sales activities.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations, alignment, and cooperative progress towards shared goals.

  • Integrate the marketing and sales team for efficient collaboration.

  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance while addressing any conflicts.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing operations for timely completion of projects on deadlines.

  • Plan a range of marketing activities, including meta-advertising, promotional periods, and even organizations, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Supervise the creation of content and product promotions across multiple company channels including the online platforms.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, to strategically enhance brand visibility and target audiences across various platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to propose marketing strategies.

  • Drive overall marketing and sales performance aligned with goals and objectives.

  • Develop strategies and plans to meet set targets from the board of management.
  • Report on performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and support relevant operations as required.

  • Communicate effectively across teams to promote collaboration.

  • Complete relevant tasks as assigned in accordance with the role.
  • Facilitate the execution of operations in line with set objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Power BI, Google Analytics, SEO, or Social Media Management platforms.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
