Key responsibilities:
- System configuration:
Setting up and maintaining SAP HR modules to align with specific company requirements. - Process management:
Streamlining HR processes like payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and recruitment. - Technical liaison:
Translating business requirements from HR teams to technical teams for system development and support. - Data management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee master data, which includes personal details, employment history, and organizational structure. - Testing:
Developing and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system's functionality before changes go live. - Documentation:
Creating and maintaining process flows, user manuals, and other documentation for end-users. - Support and troubleshooting:
Providing day-to-day support, resolving issues, and performing root cause analysis for system problems. - Compliance:
Ensuring that the system and processes comply with labor laws and company policies. - Change management:
Facilitating the implementation of changes to the production system. Required skills and qualifications: - HR knowledge:
A strong understanding of fundamental HR processes and terminology is crucial. - SAP expertise:
Proficiency with SAP HR (or SAP HCM) modules is necessary. - Technical skills:
Ability to work with technical teams, understand functional designs, and navigate system integrations. - Analytical skills:
Ability to analyze business needs and recommend system changes to improve efficiency. - Communication:
Strong communication skills are needed to document processes and explain system functionality to end-users and stakeholders.
