Responsibilities:

  • Prompt entry of quotes in CRM and sales orders into Visual accounting systems.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Prompt placement of orders on suppliers.
  • Ensure phone is promptly answered.
  • Appropriate filing of contract folders.
  • Set excellent customer service standards.
  • Adhere to company policies such as authority levels, Quality, Health and Safety
  • Monthly tasks:
  • Reconcile the figures in CRM and Visual.
  • Distribute reports from CRM and Visual.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Secretary or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of administrative and failing procedures.
  • English Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Detail oriented and tactful.
  • Friendly and courteous phone manner.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Initiative – self starter
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, and fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
