Responsibilities:
- Prompt entry of quotes in CRM and sales orders into Visual accounting systems.
- Process customer orders.
- Prompt placement of orders on suppliers.
- Ensure phone is promptly answered.
- Appropriate filing of contract folders.
- Set excellent customer service standards.
- Adhere to company policies such as authority levels, Quality, Health and Safety
- Monthly tasks:
- Reconcile the figures in CRM and Visual.
- Distribute reports from CRM and Visual.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Secretary or equivalent.
- Knowledge of administrative and failing procedures.
- English Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail oriented and tactful.
- Friendly and courteous phone manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Initiative – self starter
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, and fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
