About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative and organized Visual Merchandiser
to shape how our brands come to life — in stores, on social media, and across all digital touchpoints. You'll be the bridge between design, marketing, and retail, ensuring our visual presentation is consistent, aspirational, and commercially effective.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
visual merchandising concepts
for stores, pop-ups, and events. - Style and arrange product displays that reflect brand identity and boost conversion.
- Oversee
online merchandising visuals
across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop — ensuring cohesive storytelling between online and offline. - Collaborate with the
marketing and creative teams
to plan campaign photoshoots, lookbooks, and digital banners. - Analyze sales data, sell-through rates, and product performance to guide display strategy.
- Coordinate seasonal themes, window displays, mannequins, and lighting layouts.
- Maintain visual guidelines and ensure alignment across all retail and e-commerce channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+
years' experience
in visual merchandising, ideally in
fashion, lifestyle, or retail
. - Strong understanding of
both physical store layout and digital merchandising principles
. - Good sense of fashion styling, color harmony, and trend direction.
- Familiar with
Shopify, Shopee, or TikTok Shop backend
is a strong plus. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about fashion and creating engaging brand experiences.
