We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing, Sales, and Project Manager Specialist to join our team and support the expansion of our clients' businesses.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales, Marketing and Project Manager Specialist B2B to lead initiatives for SaaS and eCommerce clients. You will manage campaigns, support outbound sales, and oversee client projects from kickoff to delivery. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, performance, and clear client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Execution


• Plan and manage campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google and content channels


• Support lead generation and client acquisition for B2B SaaS and eCommerce products


• Collaborate with clients to define positioning and drive pipeline metrics like MQL and CAC

Sales Support and CRM Management


• Build collateral and sales decks for founders and growth teams


• Manage outbound outreach workflows and support sales reps with prospecting tasks


• Maintain CRM accuracy and report on funnel health, close rates and conversion trends

Project and Client Management


• Oversee execution of client projects with defined timelines and KPIs


• Coordinate with growth, creative and tech teams to align on deliverables


• Ensure internal execution meets B2B client expectations and budget scope

Client Communication and Reporting


• Act as the main point of contact for accounts


• Run weekly check-ins and quarterly performance reviews


• Deliver clear, metrics-based updates across marketing, sales and project status

Analytics and Continuous Improvement


• Review campaign and project performance weekly


• Share insight reports with leadership and clients


• Recommend improvements based on ROI, NPS and sales data

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years in Senior B2B marketing, sales or project management


• Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market, outbound sales and B2B marketing funnels


• Experience using HubSpot, Notion, Google Ads, Apollo, or similar tools


• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple clients
