Recruiter (Project-Based)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated
RPO Recruiter
to join our team on a
6 to 12-months project-based engagement
. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding, and partnering with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
. - Proven experience (min. 1 year) in
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
- Manage candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Provide regular recruitment progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
