Project Implementation and Coordination
Support the execution of project activities in accordance with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with field teams and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project components.
Assist in organizing regional workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitor project performance and contribute to the development of progress reports.
- Collect and analyze field data to assess project impact and identify areas for improvement.
Support regular site visits and ensure quality assurance of project activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Represent the organization in regional coordination meetings and forums.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including case studies and success stories.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional or multi-site context.
- Experience working with NGOs, government, or international organizations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
