Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience supervising production ideally in ice cream
A leader who's hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality.
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willing to work on a shift schedule and ready to roll up your sleeves on the production floor.
Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi.
