We're looking for a
proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven B2B Partnership Associate
to help us expand and strengthen our business network. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing collaborations with companies, institutions, and strategic partners, turning connections into long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new business partners and institutional clients.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure sustainable partnerships and mutual growth.
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch decks for partner needs.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals with measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze partnership performance and report results to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Finance) for seamless project execution.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly partnership acquisition targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in B2B Sales, Channel Development, or Partnership Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving growth or partnership targets.
  • Experience managing
    corporate or institutional clients
    preferred.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly driven, independent, and collaborative in execution.
