Key Responsibilities:
BPJS Administration
Manage employee registrations, updates, and terminations for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Ensure timely reporting, payment, and compliance with Indonesian social security regulations.
- Act as the main contact point with BPJS offices for problem-solving and coordination.
Employee Contract & HR Administration
Draft, review, and maintain employee contracts (PKWT) in both Indonesian and Mandarin when required.
- Ensure contracts comply with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Manage employee database and maintain accurate HR records (attendance, leaves, contract status).
- Prepare HR letters such as warning letters, confirmation letters, and employment certificates.
Employee Relations (ER)
Support HR Manager in handling employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate communication and mediation between local employees and Chinese management.
- Provide counseling and guidance to employees to ensure compliance with company policies and a harmonious workplace.
- Prepare ER-related reports and documentation for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in BPJS handling, contracts, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Mandarin & Indonesian (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
