Responsibilities
- Develop and produce creative designs for marketing materials, advertisements, and digital assets according to brief and in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the outputs align with the project objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style for our social media channels, ensuring all graphics align with client's brand identity and messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout composition, and color theory
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in these 3 design software: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to WFO in our HeadQuarter (Surabaya)
