Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand trends and stock movements of spare parts regularly.
- Develop accurate spare parts forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete parts for inventory optimization.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and service teams to maintain parts availability.
- Prepare reports on inventory performance, fill rate, and stock turnover.
- Support the improvement of spare parts management systems (ERP/SAP/Dealer Management System).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the heavy equipment, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
