Responsibilities
  • Desktop support in hardware and software
  • Track, follow up and close cases within agreed SLA
  • Provide solution for customer needs and issues
  • Videotron software and hardware supports
  • Undergo training for new systems and procedures
  • Manage hardware and software distributed to employees
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Provide new content (image, video, or pdf manual) for customer and promotional support.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Videotron Ecosystem Would Be A Plus
  • Fluent in spoken English. (fluent in Mandarin would be a plus)
  • Patient and pleasant personality
