Key Responsibilities

  • Client Contribution Beyond Briefs
  • Proactively provide clients with relevant insights, such as market trends, competitive updates, and industry developments.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' strategic and business objectives to align ADA's services with their needs.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming/regroup sessions while contributing informed perspectives on client businesses.
  • Administration & Compliance
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly, including SFDC updates, invoices, and work completion documentation.
  • Adhere to ADA's Code of Conduct, company values, and policies.
  • Ensure timely completion of all mandatory training and seek guidance whenever unclear.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Management
  • Address challenges proactively by providing solutions before escalating to managers.
  • Effectively manage and minimize conflicts, both internally and with clients.
  • Digital Scope of Work
  • Independently handle daily digital tasks, including:
  • Social Media Editorial Plans
  • Post approvals
  • Campaign execution and monitoring
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain trust with clients on a daily basis.
  • Take ownership of commercial and service delivery aspects of client relationships.
  • Client Retention & Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of work within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to client retention by ensuring consistent value delivery.
  • Project & Work Management
  • Manage internal and external project timelines effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in account management or client servicing (preferably in digital marketing/agency environment).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
