About the role
We are seeking a skilled Operator Porduksi (Machining) to join our manufacturing team at PT Lixil Aluminium Indonesia in North Bekasi, West Java. This full-time position will involve operating various machines and equipment to produce high-quality aluminium products for our clients. As a crucial member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing
- Operate a variety of production machines and equipment, such as CNC machines, presses, and assembly lines, to manufacture aluminium products according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas to maintain a safe and organised production environment
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain detailed production records and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role within the manufacturing industry
- Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in the operation of various production equipment, including CNC machines, presses, and assembly lines
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail to ensure the production of high-quality products
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Good communication skills and the ability to document production activities accurately
