About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our thriving PT Vita Shopindo' team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key strategic accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and challenges
- Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships
- Regularly review account performance, identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements
- Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring a superior level of service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Contribute to the overall sales and business development efforts of the organisation
What we're looking for
- Min. Bachelor degree form reputable university, with proven track record of success in a key account management or senior sales role, ideally managing Beauty, healthy food or Supplement categories
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop tailored solutions that drive customer value
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Account & Relationship Management. We are welcoming Sales Manager especially from FMCG or Pharmaceutical Company to apply.
