  • Welcome and assist guests or visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage office stationery inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders when needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, recording visitor logs, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Support office operations by assisting with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient office workflow.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Basic English conversation skills (verbal and written).
  • Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other basic office software.
  • High initiative, quick to learn, and able to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
