Job Purpose:
To conduct and provide all requirements of energy conservation management system, prepare and conduct energy audit, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's management systems, while also developing strategic approaches of ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 and related environmental and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Energy Management System (EnMS) in line with ISO 50001
- Support ISO 14001 implementation through strategic initiatives and integration with EnMS.
- Conduct energy performance reviews, audits, and prepare improvement action plans.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Provide technical support for energy-saving initiatives across operations.
- Ensure compliance with energy conservation and environmental regulations.
- Develop awareness programs and training on energy and environmental management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects on sustainability and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in environmental/chemical/electrical/industrial/physics engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years in management systems, environmental protection, or sustainability in manufacture or pulp & paper industry is a point plus
- Have experience and professional certification in Energy Management with ISO systems (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 or similar).
- Familiarity with energy audit methodology and reporting.
- Proficiency in energy monitoring software and data analysis.
- Understanding of national energy and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, KPIs, Greenhouse scheme and monitoring systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Abble to communication with english language (it's a point plus)
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willing to be placed at mill site and perform fieldwork in Karawang, West Java
