Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Staff, located in Gambir. The Purchasing Staff will be responsible for handling all aspects of the purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management. Daily tasks include obtaining and reviewing purchase requisitions, analyzing vendor quotes, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to meet the company's procurement needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing
- Experience in Purchase Management and handling Purchase Orders
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
