Responsibilities

Strategic Business Growth:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Company's market share and geographical presence.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansions in new and existing markets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for market expansion and entry.
  • Build strong partnerships with local and regional players such as property developers, real estate firms, and technology partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, governments, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring beneficial terms for Company.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviors to guide the company's business strategies.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in Company's current offerings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead data-driven decisions and provide insights on business performance and potential areas of growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of business development managers and regional business leads across different markets.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture in the team by setting clear goals and providing mentorship.

Financial Growth Targets:

  • Drive top-line growth by meeting revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's overall financial goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an
    Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role
    in the
    hospitality, real estate, or property management industry
    .
  • Strong background in
    pre-opening and multi-site management
    .
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in
    stakeholder management
    and
    contract negotiations
    .
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
