Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
Conduct technical analysis, calculations, and material selection to ensure design reliability.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machines, equipment, and production facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, production, quality, HSE) to ensure project success.
Ensure all designs and implementations comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulations.
Provide recommendations for energy efficiency, performance improvement, and cost reduction.
Handle, supervise and the implementation of minor fit out or ad-hoc project or corrective/ad-hoc maintenance related to mechanical infrastructure of the existing data center footprints with vendor/OEM.
Coordinate with Shift Team for any activities occurs.
On hand to resolve Data Center operations problems impacting mechanical infrastructure.
Review design for Mechanical Infrastructure Project (Expansion/Corrective)
Assist Lead Engineer to perform his/her duties.
Execute and complete all task assigned by the Company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer (fresh graduates may be considered for junior level).
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of mechanical analysis, thermodynamics, materials, and piping systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and create technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to travel to project/sites when required.
