Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Preferably experienced in handling CDAKB processes
Job Description:
- Prepare registration documents for submission to the Ministry of Health
- Review and inspect products at the factory to ensure specifications meet company and regulatory standards
- Prepare and compile product specification data for registration at government agencies and E-Catalog
- Create a list of required equipment
- Analyze documents before submission
- Develop product and packaging based on Ministry of Health regulations
- Monitor product development processes for manufactured and imported products until launch
- Prepare monthly reports on registration data collection and registered numbers
- Ensure all processes comply with CDAKB and MoH requirements
- Ensure the product distribution and delivery process runs according to regulations and company procedures
- Conduct regular stock opname and ensure warehouse inventory matches the database
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director
