About the Role
Responsible for planning and controlling the creation of mechanical systems to achieve the targets set in order to support the achievement of company revenue.
Responsibility :
- Conduct engineering calculations and simulations to ensure designs meet requirements, ensuring smooth product manufacturing and adherence to established standards.
- Design technical drawings and mechanical systems in accordance with established requirements and specifications, ensuring optimal and timely execution.
- Supervise the implementation of mechanical systems in the field to ensure they run according to schedule and meet established targets.
- Conduct technical assessments of mechanical systems that have been designed, constructed, installed, and operated to determine their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation related to product design, such as working drawings, technical specifications, and test reports.
- Ensure that each area implements proper OHS management to support smooth operational processes.
- Evaluate and develop team performance to achieve maximum work productivity and continuous improvement.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical Engineering / Industrial.
- Have experience 3-5 years of technical manufacturing experience (engineering, QA, maintenance).
- Knowledge & Skill : Construction Technical, Mechanical – Electrical Knowledge, Knowing the types of materials, Project Management, MS Office
- Placement : Cikarang.
