Position: Training Officer Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Experience in Human Resources or a dedicated Training role within hospitality
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop training modules
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
