- Handle end-to-end recruitment & selection process.
- Manage employee data and HR administration.
- Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and employee development.

- Support compensation & benefits management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Min. 2 years experience in HR.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of labor law & HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
