Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & selection process.
  • Manage employee data and HR administration.
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support compensation & benefits management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law & HR practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
