About the role

As the Customer Service Export Manager at PT Honour Lane Shipping, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's export operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and will involve overseeing the shipping and transportation aspects of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaising with customers to understand their export requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring that the export shipping logistics process runs smoothly, including providing schedules and rates, booking transportation, monitoring customs clearance and tracking shipments.
  • Resolving any customer queries or issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying areas for improvement requires monitoring and analysing export performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with the broader operations team to optimise export processes and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in shipping and transportation

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (3+ years) in a customer service or export manager role in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions
  • Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance metrics
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
