Job Description

Guard and monitor the construction site for the new spa outlet.
Control access for contractors, workers, suppliers, and delivery of construction materials.
Ensure site perimeter safety and prevent unauthorized access.
Report any safety or security issues to project management.
Assist in emergency situations and enforce safety protocols on site.
Coordinate with the project manager, contractors, and company management regarding site security matters.

Requirements

max. 40 years old.
Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK).
Preferably with experience as a Security Officer (hospitality/retail/spa industry is a plus).
Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented.
Willing to work in shifting schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
