Qualification :

* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

* Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory practices.

* Demonstrated leadership, team management, and communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

* Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Description :

* Supervise receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound goods.

* Verify quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders.

* Ensure proper storage, organization, and system entry of stock.

* Monitor inventory levels, update stock data, and investigate discrepancies.

* Coordinate with suppliers and clients on delivery schedules and quality standards.

* Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs.

* Supervise order picking, packing, and labeling to meet SLA standards.

* Oversee shipping preparation and coordinate timely delivery with logistics.

* Monitor loading processes to ensure secure and efficient space usage.

* Track performance metrics (accuracy, SLA compliance, speed) and resolve operational issues.

* Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff, managing schedules and task assignments.
