Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for handling Union and Internal relation under instruct of  GM (HR & GA).
  • Responsible for reviewing and making company regulations and collective labor agreements in the company.
  • Responsible for conduct employee counseling, supervision of employee work discipline enforcement regulations in accordance with the Joint Labor Agreement and applicable Laws and Regulations.
  • Other all legal and Internal Relation matter under instruct of GM (HR & GA).

Job Requirements:

  • Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing company as Legal and IR staff min than 3 years.
  • Have experience in handling Industrial Processes (bipartite, Mediation or PHI) related to the Union or external parties.
  • Understand and have experience in creating, coordinating matters related to the creation of company regulations and collective labor agreements in the company.
  • Have experience to Conduct employee counseling, supervision of employee work discipline enforcement regulations in accordance with the Joint Labor Agreement and applicable Laws and Regulations.
  • Have excellent knowledge of  laws and regulations especially labour law).
  • Proficient in using Ms Office (especially Excel) for data management and reports.
