Job Description:
- Monitor and manage office needs, including stationery, pantry, and other facility requirements.
- Handle procurement and purchasing of office supplies in coordination with the Finance, Procurement, and related departments.
- Maintain records and documentation of office inventory and supplies.
- Support new employee setups (attendance registration, work equipment and uniforms).
- Manage employee attendance systems, including registration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise and maintain good relationships with office operational staff (drivers, cleaning personnel, building management) and related vendors.
- Oversee maintenance and inspection of office facilities such as AC, generators, and other utilities.
- Coordinate uniform distribution and other general support activities.
- Prepare internal memos, petty cash, and reports related to general affairs activities.
- Manage visitor registration, access, and hospitality to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management, and carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs, office administration, or facility management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both staff and vendors.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
