Job Description

Develop strategies for end-to-end HC function and collaborate closely with the management team to understand on-field dynamics, identify HC needs, and execute initiatives effectively.

Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Capital.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment process including competency-based interviews.
  • Able to develop training programs and training needs analysis (TNA).
  • Knowledge of labor regulations, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • Understand OKR or job evaluation framework.
  • Proficient in employee data management, payroll, BPJS and onboarding/offboarding process.
  • Familiar with labor laws and local regulations.
