Job Description
Develop strategies for end-to-end HC function and collaborate closely with the management team to understand on-field dynamics, identify HC needs, and execute initiatives effectively.
Requirements- Fresh graduates or minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Capital.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment process including competency-based interviews.
- Able to develop training programs and training needs analysis (TNA).
- Knowledge of labor regulations, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Understand OKR or job evaluation framework.
- Proficient in employee data management, payroll, BPJS and onboarding/offboarding process.
- Familiar with labor laws and local regulations.
