Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability.
- Analyze equipment performance, perform troubleshooting, and prepare maintenance reports.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and manpower effectively.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve high performance and discipline.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min. 2 years in the same position (Supervisor), preferably in food manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical, machine troubleshooting skills, and able to perform data analysis
- Skilled in maintenance planning, scheduling, and team management
- Experienced in spare parts management and reliability improvement
- Knowledge with ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5R, TPM, or similar continuous improvement systems
- Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
