Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Central Cikarang for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the online sales platform, ensuring the effective presentation of products. They will handle daily operations, analyze sales data, strategize promotional activities, and ensure excellent customer service through effective communication. Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to align ecommerce activities with broader business goals is also expected.
