Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of apprenticeship and competency development programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline for Operator, Maintenance Technician and Staff level. The apprenticeship should be a benchmark for best practice and ensure the continuity of eligibility to government incentive. Study to improve placement opportunities for domestic and overseas assignments. The role ensures effective coordination of apprentice training activities, competency development, and continuous improvement of skill standards in line with organizational capability needs.

Coordinate end-to-end apprenticeship program activities, including recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation to ensure the quality of the program.

Manage training schedules, instructor assignments, attendance tracking, and learning documentation.

Ensure standard quality of the instructor and program integrity to link with organization needs.

Maintain alumni databases and monitor post-placement progress for continuous improvement.

Continuous study to increase potential placement opportunities for the graduates including external job market and overseas placement i.e. Japan.

Competency Development

Continuous development of competency matrices for operator and technician levels.

Conduct data collection and analysis to identify skill gaps across the workforce in the digitalized platform.

Support competency-based training program design and evaluation.

Coordinate with production and HR teams to align training needs with business objectives.

Link the competency development program to job grading and promotion program.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on apprenticeship and competency programs.

Collaborate with local vocational schools, training providers, and government agencies for apprenticeship partnerships.

Support communication with stakeholder to ensure smooth program coordination include with government, private institution locally or overseas.

Ensure all program documentation meets regulatory and partner requirements.

Support internal and external audits related to training and apprenticeship activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or another related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, vocational education and or competency development.

Knowledge of apprenticeship program frameworks and BNSP standards is preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Good design thinking, detail-oriented, strong documentation and organizational skills.
