About the RoleWe are looking for a new colleague to join our international team located in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the role of Junior Engineer/Drafter, you will be assisting in the design of automated workflows, preparing technical documentation and drawings, and collaborating with senior engineers to optimize existing systems. You will work with tools like Eplan, AutoCAD and SolidWorks to translate concepts into precise schematics and layouts, and help ensure that automation initiatives are executed efficiently and align with operational goals. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow in a dynamic, international team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
What you bring- Experience in technical drafting and engineering support
- Familiarity with industrial or automation environments is an advantage
- Ability to read and create technical drawings, schematics, and layouts
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and automation systems
- Knowledge of documentation standards and revision controlProficiency in Eplan, AutoCad and SolidWorks (certification is an advantage)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within a technical environment
- Willingness to travel for business
- English proficiency is a strong advantage
