, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring seamless communication, efficient office management, and a professional environment where everyone can thrive. You'll balance administrative precision with people-focused service, supporting employees, guests, and management alike.

What You'll Be Doing

Your mission is to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine while representing Holland Colours' culture of professionalism and responsibility. On a typical day, you will:

  • Manage and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and messages.
  • Greet guests and ensure a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Coordinate and supervise Office Boys (OB) and Security to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety.
  • Oversee office supplies, utilities, and catering needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Arrange and track deliveries, business travel, and logistics, especially for local trips to and from Surabaya.
  • Coordinate the sales and documentation of recyclable or surplus materials.
  • Support documentation and administrative processes across departments (HR, Finance, and Operations).
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as required to keep things moving efficiently.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration, front office, or general affairs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact professionally across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, service-minded, and always one step ahead in anticipating needs.
