Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the owner and leadership team, translating business needs into effective HR strategies.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for key roles, including being in charge of any development programs.
- Manage total rewards, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and retention.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
- Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace.
- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives to support business growth.
- Deliver data-driven insights through reporting, benchmarking, and HR analytics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum
8–10 years of HR experience
, with at least
5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership
role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR, talent management, total rewards, and organizational development.
- Previous exposure in
telecommunications or information technology companies
, with exposure to multi-site or nationwide projects.
- Candidates who have managed both internal hiring (core employees) and external recruitment/contracting (vendors, project-based staff, or field technicians) will be strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English

- Strong understanding of HR functions including workforce planning, rewards, performance, and employee relations.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
